Women and Weights is a program designed with the new weightlifter in mind. Using primarily equipment found in the free weight area, you will learn: proper lifting techniques, how to modify exercises, and gain confidence in your abilities all while making new friends and getting stronger!
•Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11am beginning September 28th.
•Program is 10 weeks; optional programming to extend beyond the 10 weeks.
