Rental Information

Pool Party Birthday Rentals

    Let the Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA help celebrate birthdays with a splash! The Y’s Party Room is available for rent and includes passes for unlimited swimming.* Birthday packages from the Y will include:

    The package includes:

    • T-shirt for birthday child

    • Private party room for 1 or 2 hours; outside food and beverages are welcome during this time

    • Unlimited swim time during our open swim hours (see below).

    • 15 total pool passes (including adults).

    • A wet-n-wild time!

    • Available to Marshalltown Y Members only

    Fees (party room)
    Members- $125 for 1 hour or $190 for 2 hours 
    Participants- $150 for 1 hour or $215 for 2 hours 

     All pool rules apply to the birthday party:

        •  May arrive up to 15 minutes prior to party for decorating and set up.

        •  Completed Rental agreement, liability waiver is due at least one week before the party.

        •  Payment is due at the time of reservation.

      Birthday Parties may be scheduled during open swim hours:

          • Saturday       1-5 p.m.

          • Sunday          1-5 p.m.

        PARTY PACKAGES AT THE Y!

         

        POOL PARTY Y Members: $125(1hr) $190(2hrs)

        Non-members: $150(1hr) $215(2hrs)

        Cool off with a pool party at the Marshalltown YMCA-YWCA indoor Rec Pool. Your party package will include up to 20 guests, 1 or 2 hours in our party room, along with unlimited swim time.

        Summer availability: T/W/F 2-4p.m. Sat & Sun 1-5p.m. Fall/Winter: Sat & Sun 1-5p.m.

         

         

        BOUNCE HOUSE Y Members: $175 Non-members: $200

        This 2-hour party includes inflatable fun and a party room for snacks, gifts or place to gather. This package is for children ages

        3-10 with a limit of 10 kids.

        Summer availability: M-F 10 a.m.-noon, Sat 11a.m.-1p.m.

        Oct-May: M-F 10a.m.-noon, Fri 5-7p.m. Sat & Sun 1-6p.m.

         

        BOUNCE AND SWIM Y Members: $225 Non-Members: $250

        Get the best of both parties! Jump around for 1 hour in the bounce house and then move to the party room with a private entrance into our recreation pool where you can splash around for another hour.

        Summer availability: T/W/F 1-3p.m. Sat 12-2 p.m. or 3-5p.m. Fall/Winter: Sat & Sun 12-2p.m. or 3-5p.m.

         

         

        MULTISPORT SIMULATOR Y Members:$125 Non-members: $190

        The TruGolf Vista 10 Simulator is a top of the line golf simulator with a MultiSport Camera attachment for play of up to 9 different sports including (87 different golf courses, soccer, footgolf, hockey, baseball, disc golf, bowling, wild west shootout, and zombie dodgeball). Enjoy this 2-hour package including the simulator & gymnasium fun for up to 6 kids.

        Summer Availability: M-Th 10a.m.-8p.m. Fri 10a.m.- 6p.m.

        Fall: M-W 10a.m. -8p.m. Th-Sun 10a.m.- 4p.m.
