End your day with some sweaty relaxation.  In Hot Yoga, you will experience the same yoga postures you love from traditional Yoga practice, with the added stimulus of an 85°F room.

Hot Yoga is open to adults, youth 14+ years old, and youth 10-13 years old who are participating with an adult.  Please use your best judgement on participating in this event if you are sensitive to heat.

When: 2/13/26 and 2/20/26 at 5-6pm

If participating in the Parents Night Out event at the Y on 2/13/26, each parent will receive $5 off Hot Yoga registration with a child registered for Parents Night Out.  To receive this discount, Hot Yoga registration MUST be made through Keisha Lockhart.
