CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that utilizes constantly varied, functional movements executed at a high intensity. It’s a combination of aerobic exercise, interval training, weightlifting, calisthenics and other exercises facilitated by CrossFit coaches.

When you join CrossFit 641, you’ll be part of a community that encourages and supports one another.  Credentialed coaches will guide you to success based on your ability level.  Instruction also provided to those new to CrossFit or needing additional guidance.

CrossFit 641 at the Marshalltown Y is located in the Cultural Center Building (“Old Y”).
