The NFL FLAG Youth Football League is a fun, fast‑paced introduction to football designed specifically for young athletes ages 4–8. Our program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game—running, catching, teamwork, and sportsmanship—through safe, non‑contact play. Every child gets equal playing time, learns age‑appropriate skills, and enjoys a positive, encouraging environment. The age groups are 4–5-year-olds, and 6–8-year-olds.

Every team will have one practice a week and one game a week. The 4-5-year-olds will have a 30-minute practice and 30-minute game on Tuesdays. The 6-8-year-olds will have 1 hour practice on Wednesday and 1 hour game on Thursday. All practices and games will start at 5:00pm. Teams will be coached by volunteer parents.
