Adult & Team Division

o        400 yard swim in the Y pool*
o        15K bike on Linn Creek Trail (10 ft wide)
o        5K run on Linn Creek Trail

*Novice division swimmers welcome to compete with kickboard, flippers, etc.

Youth Division

• Age 6-16, Must be able to swim 4 lengths of the pool with no floatation device

o        100 yard swim in the Y pool
o        4 mi bike on Linn Creek Trail (10 ft wide)
o        1 mi run on Linn Creek Trail

Time: Adult (ages 17 and up) starts at 8 a.m. in Y pool

(staggered start)

Youth (ages 6-16) event at 9:30 a.m.

Cost: Adult $65, Youth $35 (includes T-Shirt)

(If register by June 25)

Registration day of event: $80 adult/$50 youth

Team registration: $130 before June 25, $145 day of event
